Refund policy

Every nessiestyle shirt is printed on demand, just for you. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, including picking the wrong size or color. Please check the size chart on each product page before you order.

Misprints, defects and damage: If your order arrives misprinted, defective or damaged, we'll send a free replacement (or a refund if a replacement isn't possible). Email us at hareless@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. You won't need to send the item back unless we ask.

Wrong or missing items: If you received the wrong item, or your package never arrived, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.

Wrong address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.

Cancellations: Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, email us right away. We'll do our best, but once printing has started we can't cancel it.
